Revenues Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a debt recovery expert to join our successful Revenues and Benefits Team. In this role you will work as part of a dedicated and knowledgeable team dealing with the billing and collection of council tax. This includes:

• Updating council tax records and issuing bills
• Negotiating payment plans
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone letter and face to face
• Issuing letters and contacting customers for payment
