Responsibilities

• Support SchemeServe customers across three sub-groups: Scheme Builders, Post Live, and Obsessive Support.
• Design and build new insurance schemes.
• Handle support requests related to ongoing scheme management, including updates and major changes.
• Provide quick day-to-day support such as uploading documentation or adding a new user.

Candidate Profile

• ⏱️ Comfortable using Word and Excel.
• 🛡️ Solid foundation in insurance with industry experience.
• 🧩 Prefer problem‑solving over selling insurance.
• Thrive on teamwork and relationships.
