Keyholder: Brand Lead & Customer Experience (Part-Time)

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part-time Keyholder in Birmingham to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor. You will model our brand values, support the team, and ensure smooth running of shifts, including opening and closing when management is absent.

You will coach Stylists, drive KPIs, manage stock and merchandising, and help create a positive, inclusive team environment to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
