Chef de Partie: Fresh Pub Kitchen, Path to Sous Chef

Craft Locals is a growing independent pub group by the canal at Bulbourne near Tring. We seek a Chef de Partie to run a section, cook fresh seasonal dishes to spec and work with the Sous and Head Chef on menus and specials.

You’ll earn £13.50–£14.50 per hour (equivalent to £30,900–£33,200 per year) plus a share of card tips, with perks including 50% off food, 20% off drinks, 28 days holiday, staff discount and regular development opportunities.
