Location: Ipswich

Shifts: Monday to Sunday, Days and Nights.

Key Responsibilities

Handballing role

• Emptying out containers
• Ensuring boxes are put onto pallets and are correctly placed on
• Shrink wrapping pallets
• Heavy lifting
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Working on your own or in a pair
• Checking labels on boxes

Warehouse Operatives roles

• Manual handling and heavy lifting (occasionally)
• Picking and packing
• Wrapping and labelling
• Adding powder coating and finishing to products
• Using manual pump trucks and doing pallet workUsing certain machinery and equipment, which the job requires

About You

• Pride in what they do and an interest in their work, willing to expand their knowledge in the field they are working in.
• Careful with goods and an eye for attention to detail
• Punctual and arrives to work on time.
• A strong work ethic and always willing to give work 100% of their ability
• Previous warehouse and / or handballing experience
• Can follow instructions and perform them effectively and efficiently
• Can work to deadlines
