Whats in It for You?
- Salary: Over 31,000 (including allowances) – with annual pay rises
- Start Date: March 2027
- Hours: Full-time roles available; part-time options considered (email RecruitmentSupport@warwickshire.police.uk)
- Driving Licence: A Drivers licence is desirable, should you not have one it may impact your posting location to ensure public transport is available during the day.

You wont carry handcuffs or make arrests – instead, youll rely on empathy, communication, and resilience. Youll be trained to handle difficult situations with compassion and confidence, becoming a trusted presence in the community.
Youll be working towards Level 1 of the Competency and Values Framework (CVF), which includes:

- Interview: Meet current force representatives.
- Pre-employment Checks: Vetting, medical, and references.
Note: You can only complete these assessments with one police force. If unsuccessful, youll need to wait 3 months before reapplying.
