Water Plant Maintenance Manager

South East Water is seeking a Production Manager (Maintenance) to lead a team of Electrical and Mechanical technicians across the Kent region. You will oversee both reactive and planned maintenance, drive maintenance strategy, and ensure safe, reliable water services while managing budgets.

You will coordinate with schedulers and planners, maintain safety standards, and participate in standby duties, with a strong emphasis on team development and performance.
