Senior Product Designer – Enterprise Governance (Remote)

Synthesia is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own Enterprise surface governance, content lifecycle, and analytics end-to-end. You’ll shape roadmap decisions with Product and Engineering leaders, turning concepts into scalable, trusted enterprise UX that supports admins, legal teams, and compliance officers.

You’ll operate as a senior IC, setting direction, influencing choices, and driving pragmatic iteration to outperform renewal targets and enterprise adoption.
