Regional Welfare Case Officer (Home-based with Travel)

Royal British Legion is seeking a dedicated Case Officer to support beneficiaries across Cumbria and Lancashire with welfare, housing, benefits and social care. The role is primarily homebased with regular travel around the Cumbria/Lancashire area and occasional national travel for training or meetings.

You will assess needs, coordinate with regional specialists and other welfare providers to ensure integrated, person-centred support, reporting to the area Casework Services Manager.
