AOG Specialist – Express / Time Critical Coordinator

Location: Heathrow, Greater London

Salary: 40,000+

Hours: 4 on / 4 off – 7am to 7pm

We are looking for an experienced Express / Time Critical Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This is a key role responsible for managing customer shipments from start to finish, ensuring a high level of service and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate express and time-critical shipments from start to finish.
• Process orders, create job records and manage all relevant paperwork.
• Manage import and export clearances using CDS / ASM.
• Communicate with customers, hauliers, co-loaders and transport providers.
• Resolve operational issues and customer queries quickly and effectively.
• Monitor and maintain customer KPIs and service levels.
• Looking after key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

About You

• Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, express or time-critical operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to work under pressure.
• Confident using IT systems, particularly Excel and CRM systems.
• Experience with CDS/ASM would be advantageous.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of profitability and customer retention.
• Professional, proactive and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
