Hybrid Social Care Officer — Empowering Independent Living

Stockport Council is seeking a Social Care Officer in the East Neighbourhood Social Work Team. The role focuses on supporting adults to live independently, completing assessments under the Care Act 2014, and coordinating support planning with TEC as needed.
