Metocean Engineer: Coastal Monitoring & Data Analysis

Ocean Ecology in Plymouth seeks a Metocean Engineer / Oceanographer to deliver coastal, estuarine and nearshore monitoring projects. You will collect, process and interpret oceanographic data across tidal currents, waves and water quality, supporting hydrodynamic modelling and environmental assessments.

You will work with ADCPs, AWACs, current meters, tide gauges, water quality profilers, and telemetry systems in diverse field environments, contributing to technical reports and project delivery.
