Isle of Wight Community Nurse – Home Visits

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Integrated Community Nursing Service on the Isle of Wight. The Band 5 post supports safe, compassionate and evidence-based care in patients’ homes.

You will work flexibly across locality teams, collaborating with GPs, practice nurses, AHPs and other partners on the island. A full UK driving licence and access to a work vehicle are required.
