Senior Production Lead – Music & Sound (Hybrid, London)

Molecular Sound in London is seeking an experienced Head of Production on a maternity-cover contract from 12 October 2026 to 1 September 2027. You’ll lead production across the business, manage key client relationships and keep a busy creative studio running smoothly.

Reporting to the Director, you’ll coordinate briefs, budgets, scheduling and supplier networks, while guiding the three‑person composer team and pursuing growth opportunities through collaborative pitches.
