Night Housing & Support Specialist

YMCA St Paul’s Group in London is seeking a Housing and Support Assistant (Nights) to provide housing and support services to residents. You will be the initial point of contact, handling queries with a focus on high-quality customer service, and supporting health and wellbeing members.

You will perform reception duties, manage telephone lines, mail, repairs and payments, and act as a first aider and fire marshal, ensuring safety and wellbeing within the building.
