We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Goods In FLT Driver to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment in Lincoln.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous FLT experience who is confident working in a fast-paced Goods In environment.

The Role
As a Goods In FLT Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring deliveries are received, moved and stored safely and efficiently.
Duties may include:
- Operating an FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock and materials around the site
- Checking incoming goods and deliveries
- Ensuring goods are stored correctly
- Completing relevant paperwork and records
- Working closely with the Goods In and wider warehouse team
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous FLT experience is essential for this position.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Previous experience operating an FLT
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to accurately check and record incoming goods
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, logistics or Goods In experience is desirable
- Very occasional weekend working may be required. Overtime is paid at double time after completion of weekly contractual hours.
