Autonomous Community Nurse – Home Visits, Cornwall

NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Community NHS Trust is seeking qualified Community Nurses to join the Liskeard-Looe area team. You will assess, plan and implement care in patients’ homes, collaborate with carers and MDT members, and travel to patient sites across Liskeard and Looe.

Role requires current UK nursing registration, a proactive approach, and flexibility to work shifts and travel as needed. Band 5 salary with Agenda for Change, full-time or part-time positions available.
