Senior Trial Attorney – AI Litigation & Complex Disputes

Mercor seeks senior litigation professionals to design evaluation tasks for AI systems within civil litigation and dispute resolution contexts. You’ll work on US and International tracks (FRCP, FRE, CPR, ICC, LCIA) and develop reference outputs and rubrics that reflect senior litigators’ judgment.

The role involves drafting scenarios across pre-trial discovery through settlement or arbitration, with emphasis on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and trial practice.
