Mental Health Social Worker: Recovery & Community Care

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its Mental Health Team in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to support adults with severe and enduring mental health needs, helping them achieve recovery, maximise independence and improve wellbeing within local communities.

You will undertake complex assessments, coordinate care, manage risk and deliver person‑centred interventions, working closely with service users, carers and a multidisciplinary team.
