Project Manager – Operational Change – £60,000 plus benefits

We are recruiting a Project Manager to deliver operational change projects across a complex, multi-site organisation.

You will manage change projects across a variety of locations and workforce groups, ensuring they are delivered to clear and fixed timelines. This is a 12-month contract and can be remote based.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver workforce and operational change projects across multiple sites
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets and dependencies
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against key milestones
• Work closely with operational teams, site leaders and senior stakeholders
• Provide clear project updates and documentation
• Support the successful implementation and adoption of change

• Project management experience within a complex, multi-site organisation
• Experience in retail, logistics, warehousing, healthcare or a similar operational environment
• A proven track record of delivering projects to fixed timelines
• Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills
