Are you an experienced Catering Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Or simply looking to get into school catering?
We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistants to join our team and work within school catering environments across Peterborough.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Catering Assistant, you’ll help the catering team with the day-to-day running of the kitchen and meal service.
Your duties may include:
- Preparing food and ingredients
- Serving meals to pupils and staff
- Washing up and cleaning
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Supporting busy lunch services
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Working alongside the wider catering team
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Catering Assistants who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and enthusiastic
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Previous catering experience is desirable
- Enhanced DBS required
- 2 references required
- Food Safety Level 2 Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Food Allergen Certificate or willingness to obtain
