Deputy Team Leader – Mental Health Support & Development

The Cellar Trust in Bradford is seeking a Deputy Team Leader to work as part of the Reach team and alongside the Community Mental Health Teams (CHMTs) to support clients with severe mental illness to reach their goals. As Deputy Team Leader you will also mentor, support and develop other staff in the team and deputise for the Team Leader as required.

You will mentor Reach staff, manage referrals, safety and risk, and help deliver high-quality care within CMHT partnerships.
