Part-Time Food Service & Customer Experience Assistant

ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services in Dumbarton is seeking a part-time Customer Services Assistant to join a busy defence catering team. You will help deliver excellent customer service, prepare food, handle cash, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role is 20 hours per week, with a focus on reliability, teamwork and a safety-first mindset. Prior catering experience is helpful but not essential; training will be provided to support growth within the ESS team.
