Neurological Rehab Therapy Assistant – Community Care

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a post in Community Neurological Rehabilitation to support adults with long-term neurological conditions in the community. The team delivers goal-focused rehabilitation to enable independence and improve quality of life, within a defined therapy period.
