Global Head of Training & Operational Readiness

Wayve is seeking a Global Head of Training to own the strategy, standards, and operating model for training its on-road operational workforce across the UK, US, Germany, and Japan. You will define scalable curricula, certification pathways, and rapid update mechanisms driven by operational insights and product changes.

You will lead a small, distributed team, translate global standards into regional training, and ensure operators meet readiness criteria before deployment.
