Public Health Children’s Nurse – Part-Time Band 5

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join the Health Visiting Team in Wiltshire. You will help deliver preventative health care to children and families, work within a multidisciplinary team and support safeguarding and welfare activities in community settings.

The role is part-time (22.5 hours) term time only, with flexible community-based working and NHS pension eligibility. You will be supported by experienced SCPHNs and have access to ongoing development opportunities.
