Responsibilities
- Develop and manage commissioning plans and programmes to meet project milestones
- Oversee functional and performance testing of systems, ensuring compliance with specifications
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders, including MEP teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Conduct inspections and validation of mechanical and electrical systems prior to handover
- Identify and resolve technical issues swiftly to maintain progress
- Prepare commissioning documentation and ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Implement best practices in health, safety, and quality management during commissioning phases
Must-have Requirements
- Strong track record as a Commissioning Manager or Specialist within construction, MEP, or building services
- In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and commissioning schedules
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and compliance requirements
