Refresh Recruitment Group Limited seeks a passionate Nursery Room Leader for a nursery in West Finchley. You will lead a room, support and develop Nursery Practitioners, and create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children learn and thrive.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership skills. 40 hours per week, Full-Time, permanent, with a competitive salary of £29,900–£31,200 per annum.
