On-Site Security Operations Coordinator

Uniguard Security is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Solihull. You will coordinate daily security operations, schedule guards, manage rotas, and ensure coverage across client sites while maintaining records and supporting key holding and response logistics.

In this role you will handle client queries, monitor service delivery, and prepare reports to support compliance with SIA standards and company policies.
