Online Orders Fulfillment Specialist (Early Shifts)

Sainsbury’s is seeking an Online Assistant to support online customers by picking and packing orders, handling substitutions, and ensuring timely delivery to doorsteps. You will use a handheld device to plan your route, answer customer queries, and assist with loading vans for Home Delivery drivers.

You’ll build knowledge of products, promotions and services to offer recommendations, while working flexibly across the store to meet customer needs and maintain a high standard of service.
