Head of Enterprise Product Design (AI-Driven)

Scale AI is seeking a product design leader to grow and mentor an enterprise design team. You will set the direction for enterprise design, build and lead a team of designers, and partner with product and engineering to guide design from problem framing through delivery.

You will raise the craft bar, contribute to Scale’s design system, and ensure research-informed decisions that align with customer needs and business impact across AI-enabled workflows.
