Senior Tier 2 Software Support Technician (Hybrid)

Point of Rental is seeking a Software Support Technician – Tier 2 to backstop our UK Support team from Reading in a hybrid role. You will tackle complex issues, collaborate with development, and mentor junior staff to strengthen the knowledge base.
