Food Service Team Leader: Elevate Guest Experience

Restaurant Associates is seeking a Food Service Team Leader to help run the day-to-day food service operation closely with the Site Café Manager. You will drive a high-standard, efficient and consistent customer experience across counters, displays and seating areas.

You will lead a small team, plan rotas, monitor quality, support food preparation, and promote hospitality with a strong focus on service, teamwork and sustainability.
