Hybrid: Children in Care Team Leader (Social Work)

Slough Children First is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Children in our Care service (0-18). You will manage a team of Social Workers and Senior Social Workers, provide guidance and development, and work with the Service Manager to maintain high standards of practice.

Hybrid working is offered with a minimum three days in the office. You will attend meetings with young people and external partners to ensure their voices are heard and outcomes improved.
