Senior Social Work Practitioner — Training Lead

Halton Borough Council’s Children’s Social Care service is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Social Work Academy. You will support high-quality, child-focused practice and help develop staff through training, coaching and workforce development.

You will lead learning initiatives, influence practice standards and quality assurance, and embed learning from audits, reviews and inspections to drive continuous improvement across the workforce.
