Senior Clinical Pharmacist – NHS West Yorkshire (CPD, Multi‑Site)

Pulse Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Band 7/8a Clinical Pharmacist to join the Clinical Pharmacy Service at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. This role focuses on medicines optimisation, expert clinical input, and supporting multidisciplinary teams across clinical settings.

You will need strong clinical knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to work autonomously or within a wider team across CRH, HRI and other sites.
