Quality Assurance Manager – Hybrid Belfast with CQI Path

Thales in Belfast is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality activities across the project lifecycle. You’ll act as customer advocate, monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement within multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires experience in QA environments, knowledge of quality standards and QMS, and audit capability. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with on-site presence three days a week, and benefit from professional development and Lead Auditor training.
