Total FM Operations Lead – School & Site Services

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Technical Operations professional to oversee facilities services across three Clacton sites and coordinate with our local office in Thorpe-le-Soken where the management team is based, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and contractual obligations.

You will lead the Total FM team, managing hard and soft FM tasks in-house and via external contractors, driving lifecycle planning and performance monitoring with key stakeholders.
