Lux Brand Team Leader – Luxury Beauty & Performance

L’Oréal Luxe in Southampton is seeking a One Luxe Team Leader to guide and develop the store team, delivering a world-class luxury service and exceeding retail targets. You will coach and motivate staff, act as the Luxe ambassador, and drive brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
