The opportunity

At Relay Direct Ltd, we create measurable growth for client brands through conversations that happen in person. You will join a supportive campaign team and gain practical exposure across customer engagement, sales and marketing.

A typical day may include

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Listen carefully, answer questions and explain available options
• Resolve straightforward concerns and escalated when appropriate
• Identify suitable sales opportunities without compromising service
• Represent client brands accurately and responsibly

You’ll do well here if you are

• A patient, personable and customer-first approach
• Good listening skills and clear verbal communication
• Confidence working with targets while maintaining service quality
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience is helpful but not required
