You will join a national commercial law firm in Birmingham to handle advocacy and inquest work within the Healthcare Regulatory team. Responsibilities

• Advocate on inquests and related regulatory matters for healthcare professionals
• Provide expert advice during NHS, regulatory, and criminal investigations
• Respond to patient complaints and defend clinical negligence claims where applicable
• Develop and manage complex inquest strategies and advocacy arguments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory litigation and resolution

Key requirements

• Solicitor Advocate with 1–7 PQE in complex inquests or proven Barrister with interest in inquest work
• Strong advocacy experience is essential
• Experience in healthcare regulatory investigations, NHS matters, or clinical negligence is advantageous
