You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value engineering, feasibility studies, and contract management, with clear reporting and compliance. You mentor teams, foster continuous improvement, and champion sustainable delivery. Responsibilities

• Deliver client-focused outcomes through cost planning, procurement, and KPI achievement
• Manage feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection with reporting and compliance
• Oversee estimating, cost planning, and valuations with accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
• Manage contracts, claims, and completion processes to drive successful project outcomes
• Mentor teams, embed continuous improvement, and lead net zero carbon transition across delivery activities

Key requirements

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management
• MRICS/RICS or equivalent professional membership, progressing toward fellowship
• Proven consulting experience with strong commercial and financial acumen
• Expertise in value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management within diverse teams
