Responsibilities

• Deliver client-focused outcomes via cost planning, procurement, and KPI achievement
• Uphold integrity and drive net zero carbon transition across operations
• Mentor teams, champion innovation, and embed continuous improvement across activities
• Manage feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection with reporting/compliance
• Oversee estimating, cost planning, and valuations with clear financial reporting to stakeholders
• Supervise contracts, claims, and completion processes to drive successful outcomes
• Mentor teams and embed continuous improvement with a focus on net zero transition across delivery activities

Key requirements

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management
• MRICS/RICS or equivalent progressing toward fellowship
• Proven consulting experience with strong commercial and financial acumen
• Expertise in value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management within diverse teams
