Senior MEP Cost Consultant in London guiding cost management for residential schemes across the UK. You will lead MEPH cost activities across pre- and post-contract stages, shaping budgets, procurement, and value engineering. You’ll collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver high-profile residential projects while mentoring junior colleagues and advancing digital, data-led cost management. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MEPH cost management across assigned residential projects
• Manage cost planning, estimating, procurement and post-contract cost management to project completion
• Provide specialist commercial advice on MEPH costs, risk management and value engineering
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and project teams to achieve successful outcomes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge development
• Develop MEPH technical knowledge and digital/data-led cost management approaches

Key requirements

• MRICS is preferred, or another relevant professional qualification
• Strong technical capability in core MEPH cost management activities
• Experience in cost estimating, cost planning, procurement and post-contract cost management
• Knowledge of MEPH systems across project lifecycle
• Commercial awareness of residential cost drivers
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proactive, adaptable with attention to quality assurance
