Overview
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will own North Europe partner marketing strategy and execution, driving pipeline through resellers, MSSPs, GSIs and distribution. You’ll coordinate with regional and global marketing teams to align plans, campaigns, and ROI. You’ll design scalable demand programs, manage budgets, and build strong partner relationships to accelerate growth. This role offers strategic influence across UKI, Nordics and Benelux in a fast-paced, AI-enabled cybersecurity company.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute annual/quarterly joint partner marketing strategies with North Europe partners
- Document partner plans and manage executive reviews, dashboards and reporting
- Create scalable demand generation programs with partners to build pipeline and market share
- Design campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and growth with regional partners
- Collaborate with regional marketing and alliance managers on go-to-market plans
- Coordinate with global marketing, product marketing, sales enablement and regional teams to meet strategic priorities
- Set partner marketing targets, track metrics, and own ROI from MDF budgets
- Advocate for partners among internal stakeholders
Key requirements
- Minimum 12 years of marketing experience in high-technology companies
- Minimum 8 years in partner/channel marketing across UKI, Nordics and Benelux
- Strong understanding of marketing through partner ecosystems
- B2B marketing experience; enterprise software preferred
- End-to-end event management experience with attention to detail
- Experience with SFDC—Campaign Codes, reporting, dashboards
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices
- Experience managing multiple partners to build tailored programs
- Strong cross-group collaboration and consensus-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and travel up to 30%
