As Graphic Designer you will support the Creative Team in delivering polished marketing materials and presentations, with a strong focus on PowerPoint and DTP work. You will help evolve the firm’s brand across print and digital collateral, collaborating with internal clients and external agencies. Responsibilities
- Support Head Designer to meet deadlines and clarify objectives with internal clients
- Create high-quality marketing collateral and presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint
- Oversee production of presentations and documents, ensuring alignment with corporate style
- Design print and digital materials (brochures, guides, banners, invites, posters, digital assets)
- Assist with brand rollout across marketing materials and new documents
- Participate in ad hoc branding projects and create branded collateral
- Maintain brand guidelines and train staff on best practices
- Explore new design ideas while ensuring external/internal collateral reflects brand attributes
- Coordinate with external design agencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Manage and improve procedures for standard documents and reports
- Develop/retouch images in Adobe Photoshop for projects
- Curate and update library of documents per Corporate Identity guidelines
Key requirements
- Minimum of five years of design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising design, graphic design, digital design or related fields
- Strong experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Strong presentation and typography skills
- Excellent translator of ideas into practical designs
- Experience with rebranding is beneficial
- Flexible with demonstrable design skills
- Corporate audience design experience, preferably in financial services
