Overview
As a Graphic Designer at Clio, you will craft multi-channel visual design that reinforces the brand and supports campaigns. You will own design work from brief to final delivery, contributing to Clio’s global brand and sub-brands. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving in-house environment, delivering consistent craft across English and Spanish assets. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape visual identity at scale while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Concept and execute graphic design across channels (advertising, social, case studies, presentations, digital & print, experiential).
- Own projects end-to-end from brief through QA, not just handoff.
- Maintain and apply Clio’s visual brand consistently across deliverables.
- Contribute to visual identity elements for Clio sub-brands under senior direction.
- Support marketing, demand gen, and events with versatile design assets.
- Collaborate with creative leads and stakeholders, managing feedback and staying on-brand.
Key requirements
- 3–5 years in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio showing brand systems, campaigns, and multi-channel work.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Krea, or similar).
- Strong visual storytelling and ability to interpret briefs into concepts.
- Excellent communication and prioritization; able to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
