Therapeutic Support Worker for Mental Health

IBC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to an adult with mental health needs in Rotherham. The role focuses on therapeutic, person-centred care to help build routine, confidence and independence at home and in the community.

You will work alongside family and health professionals, using Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed approaches, maintain dignity in personal care, support daily living tasks, and promote social inclusion.
