Home Care Assistant: Flexible Shifts & Weekends

Southampton-based SCA Care is seeking a compassionate Community Care Worker to provide in-home support across SO14-SO19 areas. Flexible rota, weekends and bank holidays, with early mornings and evenings available.

You’ll help with personal care, meals, medications, and companionship, delivering high-quality, person-centred care while building trusted relationships with clients and their families. Full training is provided; driving licence required.
