Estimator

Overview

In this role you will prepare cost estimates for interior fit-out projects up to £10m, supporting bids and procurement. You work closely with the project team to ensure accurate cost planning and value for money. You will contribute to tender submissions and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing. This position is based in South West London, offering the chance to influence project delivery from bid to completion.

Responsibilities

• prepare and compile interior fit-out cost estimates for projects up to £10m
• support tender/bid submissions with accurate cost data
• conduct cost planning, pricing of trades and materials
• perform value engineering and cost-saving analyses
• coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and lead times
• assist procurement and change management with cost implications

Key requirements

• experience as estimator in interior fit-out or similar construction sectors
• ability to estimate projects up to £10m and understand associated cost drivers
• strong numeracy and cost-planning skills
• good communication and stakeholder liaison
• resilience and ability to work to deadlines
